Coating of hotel balconies 75 m² | Helsinki

The tiled balconies of the Hilton Helsinki Kalastajatorppa hotel got a new look with ElaProof+SAND Floor Covering.

At the start of the collaboration, we received really good product training and our technical questions have always been answered promptly and professionally. The help and installation tips we received from the manufacturer have been very valuable to us when starting installation projects where we had no previous ElaProof experience.

Description

The balconies of the classic hotel located by the sea in Munkkiniemi, Helsinki, need updating. The contractor had been looking for a suitable alternative for coating the old tiled balconies. In the renovation, the slopes of the balconies were checked and the surface leveled before the installation of ElaProof+SAND Floor Covering. The final surface was treated with colorless ELACOAT TopCoat varnish. Thanks to the surface varnish, all 11 renovated balconies are easy to keep clean.
